Organisasi PAN dibagi menjadi tim pendukung untuk 4 unit bisnisnya, masing-masing memiliki fokus pasar: Medical, Automotive, Industrial and Electronics. Setiap area dikelola oleh profesional yang berpengalaman di pasar dan didukung oleh staf yang diperlukan dengan keahlian yang sesuai. Kelompok fokus pasar ini didukung melalui matriks oleh fungsi teknis seperti IT, Finance, dll.
